These General Terms of Service (TOS) govern the sale of PC optimization services and digital products by Optivexa Ltd. to its clients.
Optivexa offers digital scripts and optimization services for Windows PCs. Characteristics are described on the Services page.
Prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT. Optivexa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Validation of the order implies acceptance of these TOS. After payment, the client receives a confirmation email and access to the product.
Payment is due at the time of order. It is made securely via Stripe or PayPal.
Products are digital and delivered immediately or within 24 hours via the customer dashboard and email.
In accordance with consumer law, the client has a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Optivexa guarantees that its scripts are tested and secure. If the client is not satisfied, they can request a refund within 14 days.
Optivexa Ltd. cannot be held responsible for hardware failure or issues resulting from improper use of the scripts. A restore point is always recommended.
The scripts and content are the property of Optivexa Ltd.. Any unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
